BIKE TAG: A mobile social network for urban bicyclists, this concept was part of my masters thesis project in industrial design at the Rhode Island School of Design. Respond Design is an ongoing project at the Rhode Island School of Design which began in 2007 with the goal of bringing together students, faculty and staff to work on sustainable, social and humanitarian design projects. In the spring of 2008, I worked with Sarah Sandman and Melissa Small as part of a collaborative project to create a identity package, communication strategy and website for the group. Our goal was to use recycled and/or reusable materials whenever possible in an effort to communicate the values of the group throughout its web and real-world presence. More...

BIKE TOWN: Part invite, part safety reflector, these laser cut, reflective invitations were placed in the spokes of bikes found around RISD's campus for the student group BIKE TOWN's end of the semester workshop/party. Bikers talk to bikers about parties, bikers talk to drivers about safety.

Better Reflectivity: A site specific art installation for the RISD museum that covered the museum's moving truck in reflective tape. This piece was chosen as part of the Rhode Island School of Design Museum's annual site specific installation competition Sitings '09. This installation was viewed through 2009-10 by visitors and to the RISD museum as well as people just passing by on the street or driving alongside the truck in traffic, as it was a mobile "site" of the museum that existed on campus as well as in different public spaces.
